- Furniture / Special Orders: Large items typically take 8-12 weeks to arrive.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Returns & Refunds
- 15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping:
