3. Delivery Service – Room of Choice with Assembly
For eligible large furniture items, we offer a specialized delivery service that includes:

Packaging: Placing empty boxes and packaging materials in your garage or a designated trash area.
Important Terms & Conditions for Assembly Service:

Access Requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring doorways, hallways, and staircases are wide enough for the furniture. If items cannot fit due to space limitations, Hovamo is not responsible for refunding delivery or assembly charges.

Assembly Oversight: The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present to oversee the process and ensure correct placement.

Liability: While we take great care, Hovamo is not liable for damage to walls, floors, or fixtures during the moving process. Please secure fragile items before our team arrives.

Debris Removal: Our team will place packaging in your designated area but does not provide haul-away or disposal services.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your orders, but we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. You must include:

Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.

Lost Packages:

Lost in Transit: If the tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If deemed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check your surroundings and neighbors first. Hovamo is not liable for package theft or errors made by the carrier after the package is marked as delivered to the correct address.
